Five Months Down (Hexi Temp Blanket)

Is it bad that just five months into 2024 my temperature blanket already covers my dining room table? I wasn’t kidding when I said it would be king-size when it is done.

With at least 12 degrees separating each of my colors, the variations aren’t as big as I would prefer, but I’m actually quite happy with how this blanket is turning out. You will find the pattern here and my decision to switch yarn here. As always, you can see a warm day showing up in January or February and some cooler days showing up in April. We’ve had an unseasonably hot summer here in Western Pennsylvania with many days reaching the 85 and above category. In fact, there are four hexis in the month of May that are pink.
