Driving down I-70 today (which if you’ve ever driven you know is full of trucks and not much else), I happened to see a sign that boasted, “World’s Largest Rocking Chair.” We had kids that needed to potty and one who was starting to feel carsick, so we thought, “why not?”

Imagine my surprise when among the record-breaking largest items in Casey, Illinois, was the World’s Largest Crochet Hook! This we had to see!

Unfortunately,  the store housing the hook was not open yet, but the hook was prominently displayed in the window.

I’m not sure I could crochet with this or what size yarn I would need, but i can now say I’ve seen the World’s Largest Crochet Hook.
