It’s that time again. Time for another Crochet Along by Yours Truly.

I came up for the idea of this blanket as I stood in the aisle at Michael’s looking at all the fruity-colored yarn. So is born the Fruit Salad Blanket.

An odd name for a blanket? Yeah, but nothing says summer like citrus and fruit.

Here’s a sneak peek:

This blanket will be made up of a variety of 5″ squares and can be adjusted for the size blanket you prefer. I will let you know how many of each square to make. They will be crocheted together on the last day of the CAL.

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 Skein Each in the yarn of your choice: (I’m using Loops & Threads Impeccable).
Yellow
Orange
Pink
Red
Green
Brown

8-10 skeins of your background color.

This CAL will begin on May 2 with new squares released every Wednesday for the next 5 weeks.
