I posted about Scarf 10, and was so excited to have completed my challenge, that I didn’t realize I never posted about Scarves 8 & 9.
Here goes.
Scarf 8 was a simple chevron in fun fall colors. I finished with a matching hat from a different pattern. I’m in love with orange, so these colors are some of my favorite.
Scarf 9 was a simple corner-to-corner pattern with black & white Scarfie yarn. It worked up quickly and is soft and plush.
I love that it has a little bit of elegance.
So that’s it. The end of My Scarf Challenge. I’ve still got a couple of kits hanging in the wings. That broomstick one just threw me off on the first stitch. I need to work on that when I’m feeling incredibly optimistic. There’s another one with bear claw pockets at the end, but I started with the hat and messed it up. Yes, remember, we only show the good on the Internet. There’s lots of ugly behind the scenes!
